Future[]
While Taken 3 has been billed as the final movie in the series, star Liam Neeson says there’s always a possibility he may do a fourth film.
“There’s always… I think if audiences go and see it and they like these characters,” he said while speaking with Fox News. “I mean, I'd love to do something with Forest [Whitaker] again, and if it's in a Taken 4 scenario... great.” Taken 3 alluded to a sequel possibility that Bryan will track down Stuart if he is released from jail early for conspiracy to commit murder. And at the end of Taken 2, Murad Hoxha confirms that his other two sons will seek revenge if he is killed.
In September 2015 NBC ordered a television series for Taken which will act as a prequel set prior to the events of the original film. It has been commissioned for a straight to series order and will air in late 2016.
